**Overview:**
We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team in providing technical support and assistance to our employees. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
**Duties:**
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Set up and support mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Assist with network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system
- Provide training to end-users on software applications and IT best practices
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and concepts
- Experience with mobile device setup and support
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
