We are a growing team of 100 highly qualified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and clinical social workers across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC.
We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidence-based mental health care services, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital placements and treatment, educational training, and quality regulatory documentation.

Position Overview : We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. Responsibilities :
  • Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
  • Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
  • State License as Nurse Practitioner (required) or psychiatric nurse practitioner (preferred)
  • DEA license
  • Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend on-call!)
  • Ability to stand for 20 minutes
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds
