MV Properties, Inc. is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Twin Falls, ID

Team: Our apartment community in Twin Falls is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our Twin Falls apartments are some of the best in Twin Falls! As a service technician you will be responsible to help maintain the overall upkeep of the property along with providing excellent service to our residents by executing their service requests in a timely and professional manner. The Maintenance technician also helps to turn apartments and get them looking great for our new residents to move into.

Responsibilities:
- Completion of resident service requests on a daily basis.
- Able to respond to emergency calls after hours & Weekends.
- Checks pool levels daily and records updates in log book.
- Basic diagnostics of HVAC Units.- Painting and finish work.
- Preparing apartments for new renters.
- General Repairs on appliances.
- Awesome communication and service skills with residents.
- Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations.
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Ability to Lift

Qualifications;
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical.
- HVAC & CPO certifications preferred.
- Work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- No Criminal Background.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Compensation: Hourly wage/ Pay DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
