Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the whole process of new equipment scheme review (from layout to equipment delivery), provide equipment electrical FAT/LOP checklist and other documents to ensure that the new equipment meets the design requirements (reliability, maintainability, product safety/quality);
2. Promote the new production line launch. According the project requirement to control the milestone such as assembly, debugging and ramp up of new production line. Ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirement;
3. Promote the capacity and productivity of existing equipment, improve the quality indicators, and reduce the energy consumption and manufacturing cost;
4. Be responsible for the equipment’s overhaul of automation system and robot electrical parts, analyze fault data, and formulate the improvement plan;
5. Be responsible for leading the formulation of AM and PM form, participating in AM inspection and PM professional maintenance, and update AM/PM in time according to equipment operation status;
6. Be responsible for making the list of risk spare parts and updating it in time, follow up the purchasing process of risk spare parts and spare parts inventory management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical manufacturing and automation, electrical automation, software engineering and other related majors;
2. At least 3 years' experience in electrical maintenance of equipment in large manufacturing industry;
3. Familiar with the compilation of electrical schematic diagram, sensors, servo electromotors, stepping electromotors and other professional technologies in automation field; Familiar with the software writing of testing equipment, and upper computer;
4. Proficiency in debugging, programming, and optimization of at least one automation equipment PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron/Schneider), and mastery of debugging, programming and optimization of two or more automation equipment or industrial robots (KUKA, ABB) is preferred;
5. Have Strong logical thinking ability, execution ability, high compressive capacity, team-work; Cross-culture working experience is preferred;
6. Fluent in English.
