Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and governmental accounting, payroll management, and tax regulations. If you have excellent data entry skills and are proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Ceridian, we would like to hear from you.
Duties:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage accounts receivable related to payroll transactions
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Utilize accounting software to maintain payroll records
- Collaborate with the finance team on various financial projects
- Assist in year-end payroll activities
- manage and monitor employee clock ins
$28-$32 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
