The Administrative Analyst/Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of Science in our Community initiatives. This entails coordinating outreach efforts, managing event logistics, and handling administrative tasks. Serving as the primary liaison between the university and community stakeholders, the Administrative Analyst/Specialist spearheads engagement through targeted outreach campaigns, develops promotional materials, and coordinates events. Additionally, by overseeing student volunteers and providing support for program assessment and reporting, they ensure the seamless execution of program activities while nurturing a collaborative and supportive environment. Ultimately, the purpose of the position is to enrich science education, encourage community involvement, and foster meaningful connections between the university and the broader community.

Salary Range
Anticipated salary will be $4,379 – $4,817 per month plus excellent paid benefits. Salary will depend on the qualifications of the successful finalist. (Full Administrative Analyst/Specialist, Exempt I range: $4,379 - $7,922 per month)
