Compensation: Hourly $20-$25 Depending on Experience.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable.
When you join our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounts receivable function of our company. Duties will expand to other areas as time and experience allow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid promptly.
· Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
· Perform account reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
· Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status.
· Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures.
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven working experience as a Staff Accountant, with a focus on Accounts Receivable.
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collections regulations.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
