Creative Accounting Inc. is a dynamic and innovative accounting firm dedicated to providing top-notch financial services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage businesses in various fields.

Responsibilities:

- Perform journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Conduct double-entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Utilize Quickbooks
- Assist in balance sheet reconciliation and analysis
- Work with private equity transactions and related accounting tasks
- Collaborate with the finance team to interpret financial reports accurately
- Process payroll for multiple businesses

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Quickbooks online
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
