We have an opening for a Billing Clerk.
The Role:
The Billing Clerk will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for services provided to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required, experience with 401(k) TPA billing is a PLUS!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or other enterprise accounting software programs.
- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
