We are hiring Senior 401(K) Administrator
SummarySenior 401(k) Administrators are responsible for all aspects of retirement plan administration for an assigned group of retirement plans. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Manage all aspects of administration for an assigned block of plans.
Consult with plan sponsors and advisors regarding plan related matters
Calculate and process refunds (including 415 refunds)
Complete Form 5500, Form 5500-SFs, and Form 5330.
Assist clients with the correction of operational issues
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years of A-Z administration is required
Experience working “unbundled” with national daily recordkeeping platforms is required
Experience with ASC, Relius, Datair, or FT Williams is required.
Experience with Pension Pro is a plus, but not required
ESOP/KSOP knowledge is desirable but not required
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-starter, details oriented, motivated
Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills.
QKA professional designation is desired or willingness to obtain

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. The office environment and job duties include work conducted via in-person face-to-face meetings, videoconferencing, telephone, and other interactions on the computer.
