About us: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable.
About the Position: Join our team of dedicated and competent nursing staff at Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health, which specializes in providing behavioral health care 24 hrs./7 days a week. Position responsibilities include broad management issues in planning, organizing and integrating various functions for which responsibility is assigned and directing assigned staff in meeting the goals and objectives of the program. Shift hours are flexible.
Job Type/Salary:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license to practice Registered Nursing as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. A Master’s Degree and two (2) years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity;
OR
Four (4) years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
Special Requirements:
Upon a conditional offer of employment, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
