Are you looking to put your strong leadership and communication skills to work? Our client in Tualatin, OR, is hiring a Logistics Manager to join their team! Our client focuses on manufacturing long shelf life tofu products, and aims to promote a healthy and nutritious diet to be enjoyed by their customers.

- Managing the warehouse and product shipping areas
- Coordinating with other departments to meet supply demands
- Working with Production to plan their production schedule, and working with QA on hold times/spaces
- Project planning, budgeting, staffing, training, and setting objectives
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to 3 direct reports
- Using Microsoft Excel daily
- Ensure timely transportation of products to customers, and communicating with customers as needed
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (food manufacturing experience an asset)
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Thorough understanding of logistics best practices
- Strong communication skills (required to communicate with different departments, customers, and direct reports)
- Previous supervisory or management experience
