The role involves a blend of finance and administrative tasks in the telecom industry, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer payments. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a variety of tasks, including account reconciliation.Responsibilities:• Collect and process cash, check, and ACH payments promptly and accurately• Print and post payments in the system each morning• Monitor and maintain a low volume of invoices, fewer than 50 per week• Perform administrative tasks such as organizing employee celebrations and ordering supplies as required• Act as a backup Accounts Payable Clerk when necessary• Handle customer credit inquiries, ensuring they are resolved quickly and professionally• Monitor customer credit accounts, taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records• Process customer credit applications with a high degree of accuracy• Ensure all account reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.Please contact Samantha Younes with Robert Half to review this position.
