Our mission has never been more important than it is today. As a Business Analyst, you will work day-to-day with a cross-functional Agile Product Teams. With your experience, you will bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the teams create amazing technology solutions. You will focus on creating business value, amazing user experience and exceptional product quality. Duties/Responsibilities: Partner with product owners to define and shape product needs, translate them into business requirements and align with technology roadmaps and standards. Ability to understand the needs of internal users/broker agents and also the needs of external consumers. Collaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal user experience and work with Agile teams, delivering technology solutions. Assist with maintaining a well prioritized product backlog and participate in ideation sessions for new features. Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on rigorous analysis and deep understanding of the business. Be able to take ownership of a domain and its users and understand how technology can help the needs of that domain. Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelors degree required Lead end-to-end analysis of complex business problems, utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools to uncover insights and opportunities. Experience in working as part of an Agile team. Demonstrate expertise in analyzing business problems and business processes by showing curiosity and incorporating the feedback in documentation. Experience with wireframe tools. Experience with Atlassian suite of tools, including Confluence & Jira 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager. Preferred Skills/Abilities: Passion for solving customer challenges by using technology solutions. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for delivering results. Experience with SQL. Experience with user experience analytical tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle or office environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting).
