We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to enhance its talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment required.
• Strong understanding of labor trends and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
