Essential Duties

• Tracks and trace the shipment progress
• Manages daily shipment schedule
• Download and consolidate customer demand and make analysis for change, trend, etc.
• Input data in SAP system as necessary
• Maintains an opened communication environment with carriers to obtain information and initiate changes to shipments
• Work on supply strategies for order quantities, safety stock, lead time, and managed order schedules
• Make supplier capacity investigation
• Establishes and maintains a good relationship with customers and carriers
• Support for material shortage tracking. Gather and communicate accurate shipment information to the supply base and customer base.
• Work on an own waterfall and shipment tracking files with customers by using inputs from the appropriate Supply Chain Analysts
• Work with logistics coordinator to support daily warehouse functions such as shipping & receiving, and inventory quantities and locations.
