Career Transitions is supporting a leading manufacturer of precision machine parts, and they have an opening on their SW Michigan Team for a Process Engineer. This role is responsible for working closely with the Quality Department to ensure design specifications meet manufacturability requirements.

Process Engineer responsibilities and qualifications:

• The Process Engineer will assist in selecting tools and setting up equipment.
• Experience working with G&M coding and modifications.
• Develop and apply continuous improvement initiatives as it relates to machinery and equipment set-up.
• Three plus years setting up CNC Mills is required.
• Ideal candidate will have experience interpreting SPC data in a manufacturing Environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints is a must.
