Responsibilities

  • Analyzing incoming legal documents,
  • Review and draft routine legal documents
  • Assist in case management
  • Create and maintain case files
  • Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
  • Conduct public records searches
  • Conduct legal research
  • Coordinating calendars
  • Interface with clients, judges and opposing counsel
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Prepare attorneys and conference room for meetings, meditations, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.

Qualifications

  • Two years as a paralegal
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Consistent Positive and Upbeat Attitude
  • Candidate must have strong ethics and understanding of confidentiality

Zinzow Law presents as a solidly anchored high-end law firm. Its headquarters are substantial in size with room for growth. They were constructed by a high-end custom builder with custom molding, gorgeous flooring, brick walls, elaborate lighting, and all such other things appropriate to a high-end law firm. Offices are spacious and well lit. Conference space is large and well appointed with a massive granite table and custom leather chairs. Headquarters contain a law library, spacious kitchen, and plenty of work and gathering space. It is also outfitted with a full gym: free weights, resistance equipment, a yoga corner, boxing and kickboxing equipment, cardio equipment, and much more.
