•The judiciary is looking for a Business Analyst II with strengths in software development and business process re-engineering.
•The BA is responsible for the set tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholder in order to understand the structure, policies, and operation of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals including: identification and analysis of potential source systems.
•Conducting gap analysis of exiting management systems to propose replacement systems - assisting with identification and documentation of business requirements - defining application requirement and creating data definitions and business rules for multiple systems.
•This position requires strong experience with software development lifecycle; excellent communication both verbal and written including making presentations of developed training materials to user groups.
