We specialize in preserving the integrity of temperature-sensitive products, serving a diverse range of industries including food and beverage. Our out-of-the-box solutions and services span the entire cold chain—from initial processing to final mile delivery, and everything in between.

Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, our storage operations are currently spread across North America, and expanding as we develop, build, and acquire best-in-class cold storage facilities to serve our customers’ needs.

What we’re looking for:

In this position you will represent Envision Cold to our drivers, customers and staff. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be the one to keep things organized and moving along as things should. Your exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, will be critical to your success and the success of the business.

This position is strictly part-time, working an average of 4-5 hours per day. Hours will increase based on business demands and coverage for absent personnel. Candidates must be flexible and committed to working part-time long term.

What you’ll do (including, but not limited to): 

• Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of product.
• Sign drivers in and out.
• Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials.
• Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform other duties as requested.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Shipping and Receiving experience highly preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Fluency with the English language, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Good attendance record and good work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands.
• Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
