Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation: $20/hour

Accounting Associate Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Help with grant reporting and fund accounting.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for our organization's mission and values.
