What We Offer:
Flexible Scheduling: ( We operate 7 days a week)
Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
Part-time- 3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)
Immediate start dates & paid training
Pay (Hour rate Tips Performance Based Bonus)
Hourly Rate: $15.00-17/hour base hourly
Average Tip Earnings: $50-$100/per day on AVERAGE
Total Average Earnings: $20-$28 an hour on AVERAGE

A typical day includes:
Embody the 4 H’s - Happy, Hungry, Hard-working and helpful
The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection and a morning meeting.
Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company:
You are 21 years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team
