The Talent Management Coordinator coordinates employee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes (including goal management, training, and performance reviews). Primary duties include supporting the talent acquisition process, state badging for all staff, and administrative support for onboarding, orientation, and all talent development programs/processes. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.
