QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with powder coating helpful
• Previous experience with ovens, polyurethane, water based paints, different kinds of spray guns and painting sheet metal
• Working knowledge of chemical treatment and testing
• Capable of Lifting 100 lbs.
• Quality Mindset and Self-Motivated
• High Attendance Record

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Set-up and operation of the Powder Coating Spray Booth, including color changes, trouble shooting, equipment adjustments and quality assurance
• Prepare and process product for powder applications
• Assist in other departments depending on department demands
