Job Summary :
Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the position of Used Car Sales Associate in our Toledo, Ohio dealership.
This full-time, commission-only position offers the opportunity to work in the exciting and fast-paced auto industry, while providing a highly competitive compensation package.
Compensation & Benefits :
As a Used Car Sales Associate at Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge, you will have the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year through your commission on sales.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect leads and approach potential customers to generate new business
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our used car inventory
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, including vehicle financing and warranties
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Meet monthly sales targets and goals set by management
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in commission-oriented sales role, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
