Mid-South Equine Sports Medicine & Surgery is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Tioga, TX

Mid-South Equine is an Equine only clinic that focuses on high-quality Sports Medicine to the equine population of North Texas which includes lameness examinations, diagnostic imaging, regenerative therapies, orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, and overall general health to ensure optimal comfort and performance for all our patients.

This position assists and supports all aspects of clinical work, from scheduling, to inventory management. Coordinating with clients to make sure proper paper work is complete, post surgical follow up and recheck appointments are scheduled, checking patients in and out, and much more. The schedule that is available is 11am to 6pm Monday to Friday with occasional 8am-6pm as needed, and /or Saturday morning

Our ideal candidate would be organized, detail oriented, computer literate, enjoy interacting with customers, answering phones, texts, emails, comfortable and experienced around horses, have a willingness to learn and participate in all aspects of customer service, patient care and general wellbeing.

This is a full time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
