Flux Resources is Hiring a Contract Recruiter Near Tigard, OR

We are looking for talented Recruiters to support the many Contract/RPO needs we're starting to see among our many Clients. We anticipate an increase in demand for Contract Recruiters to continue through 2024, so we are building a bench of experienced candidates who are interested in being contacted for opportunities as they arise with our Clients. Please note there is a short questionnaire upon completion of an application (2 minutes!), to help determine your specific experience, location, needs etc. Upon request, we will reach out to have conversations with Recruiters that align with Clients' needs and make a selection after interviews.
A Recruiter Role Will Include The Following
  • Participate in full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, screening resumes and assessing qualifications, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, pipelining candidates for future opportunities, closing candidates that are selected.
  • Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies, identify top talent and attract candidates to our opportunities
  • Network and build relationships with candidates at all levels. Ensure consistent communications with candidates to keep warm and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system and other tools to ensure accurate reporting.
Skills & Qualifications [Who you Are]
  • 2 years recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of ATS, sourcing strategies, job boards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and having a high standard of professionalism and character
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with ability to multi-task and pivot quickly and with ease
