As the Sweet Shop Lead, your day begins by leading a team of confectionery enthusiasts, inspiring them to create a magical experience for our customers.

With your guidance, you'll ensure our sweet offerings are beautifully displayed and priced to perfection. As customers enter the shop, you'll be their trusted guide, making personalized recommendations that will leave their taste buds dancing with delight.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SWEET SHOP LEAD

• Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Ability to perform simple math problems, including the ability to pass a basic math test

Preferred :

High school education or the equivalent combination of education and experience
