Job Description Registered Nurse (RN): The primary purpose of a Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You will document daily care, health needs and changes, communicate with residents and families to provide a welcoming care experience and administer medications.

Registered Nurse (RN) Expanded functions include: administrative, charting & documenting, drug administration, personnel, nursing care, staff development, resident rights and short-term rehab.

Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN): Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse (RN) program.

Pay: From $26.50 per hour
