Job Description :

Responsible for evaluatingexisting business processes recommends and implements processimprovements assist and / or leads resolving business processproblems and serves as a resource for addressing daily productionor process related issues.

Duties :

Evaluates existingbusiness processes and assists in resolving issues that ariserelating to those processes.

Ensures that unit processes are in alignment with theDivision processes and objectives.

Manages the Order Fulfillment Process bydeveloping recommending and implementing strategies to the masterschedule.

Investigates analyzes and resolves business processissues in order to correct deficiencies reduce costs and improveprocesses and performance.

Analyzes business forecasts recommends changes to thebusiness schedules and creates and maintains master productionschedules and shipping schedules.

Participates in and facilitates regularlyscheduled meetings with management and representatives from thefactory and marketing to discuss current and future businessprocess needs both current and future.

SpecificPosition Requirements

The Parts Analystposition at Client location works directly with the customersupport supply management and design teams to determine the serviceparts requirements for our new product programs.

They are responsible forexecuting the workflow necessary to set up new service parts toinclude the initial stocking quantities for the various globalparts distribution centers and tracking progress until 100% of theparts are stocked.

This position is also involved in various businessimprovement projects for Client location to include inventorymanagement.

Keymetrics for this position include 95% fill percentage at the globaldepots and 100% ISO

Fill percentage for new product programs.
