Opportunity for an experienced (8 years) ProcessEngineer with EPC experience to flourish with a growing EPF that is inforefront of the Global Energy Transition (Renewables, Advanced Recycling,Pyrolysis, Crude Refineries, LACT Units, etc). Responsibilities include beingable to lead Process Engineering teams to execute activities for multipleprojects, meet with clients, and actively participate in design/safety reviews.Work on all stages of a project from Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC detailed engineeringto mechanical completion/construction phase and support the commissioningstage. Interact and collaborate with clients, vendors, fabrication, and otherengineering disciplines to be able to complete tasks and resolve issues in themost safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead process engineeringfor EPF projects
• Perform studies forconceptual engineering design
• Develop all processengineering documents including HYSYS simulation, BOD, PFD, P&IDs,H&MB, datasheets, Control philosophy, Cause and Effects, and OperatingManuals 
• Perform PSV sizing,equipment sizing, and hydraulic calculations
• Conduct P&ID reviewswith clients and internal disciplines
• Participate in HAZOP andresolve HAZOP action items 
• Check and ensure allprocess deliverable meet project scope and Codes/Standards 
• Maintain schedule andbudgeted hours for process deliverables
• Provide technical supportas part of a team working on various engineering projects 
• Mentor/train lessexperienced engineers
• Review and check juniorprocess engineer work for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintainprocess team tools and procedures.
• Support proposals withmanhour estimates, scope of work definition, and schedule development.
