Skyline Industrial Supply Inc. is Hiring a Customer service specialist Near The Woodlands, TX

Our innovative and growing company is hiring a new Customer Service Specialist with strong MRO experience. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please look at the list of qualifications below.

Responsibilities :

  • Order Placement : Assist customers in placing orders via phone, email, or online platforms. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Post-Sales Support : Handle post-sales inquiries, including order tracking, delivery status updates, and product inquiries.

Address any issues or concerns related to orders or deliveries.

  • Returns and Exchanges : Process returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. Assist customers with initiating return requests, issuing refunds or exchanges, and resolving any issues related to returns.
  • Customer Inquiries : Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers navigating our online shopping platform.

Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.

  • Quality Assurance : Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained at all times. Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Generate reports and analyze data to track customer service performance metrics.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service, MRO industry related experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
