Serving as IT operations and a software support analyst, the NOC Operator is a central figure within our company, significantly influencing our operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role is critical in managing real-time monitoring of client metrics, addressing emergencies swiftly, and ensuring continuous system performance. You will engage with various teams across the organization to troubleshoot issues, escalate high-priority problems, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our IT operations.
This role currently works on a rotating shift schedule of 5 days on and 3 days off. The shifts vary between Morning(5am- 2pm), Mid (8am-5pm), and Evening (1pm-10pm) shifts.
