Executive Director – RN’s encouraged to apply

Chancellor Senior Management (CSM) is searching for talented Executive Director candidates who have strong leadership and exceptional communication skills for our Lindley Inn Senior Living Community in Athens, Ohio. This position overseas the overall operations of the facility in addition to the growth of its census. The Executive Director leads the charge in providing our customers the best in hospitality, customer service and dignified healthcare in a homelike setting.

In addition, this position is responsible for hiring, managing and developing the facilities leadership team.

The qualities and experience we are looking for are:

· Proven successful leadership in an organization (preferably in healthcare)

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment

· Have a genuine love of the senior population

· A disposition that allows them to effectively relate to and communicate with employees, residents, and healthcare professionals alike

· A bachelors degree or several years as a manager in a long term care facility

We have frequently found these qualities in Registered Nurses, who have been highly successful in this position. If you are a Registered Nurses with management experience and are looking to build on your clinical skills and develop new managerial skills, this is a great opportunity for you.
