Job Description:
Receive, process, and successfully close real estate transactions while growing and maintaining business relationships.
You will be responsible for communicating title and escrow requirements to all parties, securing and holding funds until the involved parties meet all parameters in the purchasing process.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as escrow officer or assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain company core values
Manage and maintain business relationships
Ensure contracts and title orders are received and processed
Review basic fees and commitments
Promptly and effectively clear title
Maintain proactive and clear communication with all parties
Accurately account for funds
Send and communicate funding approval to all parties
Ensure and maintain post-closing compliance
Expectations from Management:
Monitor and respond promptly to all communication
Monitor and complete daily tasks
Ensure files closing soon are on track
Ensure awareness of all timelines and critical dates in all files
Proactively work all files
Document work and communication on all files
Send weekly update emails on every file to all parties
Correct compliance issues
