Potential candidates must reside within moderate driving distance of Nashville, Tennessee. This position is partially remote but can require in-office work.

For this opportunity, qualified candidates will be able to…
- Accurately review all submitted data associated with high volume of applications for installed energy efficiency measures
- Communicate with program stakeholders on as-needed basis to resolve various processing-related issues
- Maintain program scope reporting and goal setting and facilitate professional program stakeholder interaction
- Oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements
- Produce regular reports while ensuring compliance with terms of the contract, the relevance of content, and professional presentation
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e. special projects)
- 3-6 years of relative industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Extremely organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Appropriate typing abilities, minimum 65 wpm
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) with specific ability to work with Excel formulas
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team while fostering a cooperative work environment
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Commitment to arriving on time and maintaining a good attendance record
