With a commitment to excellence and a patient-centered approach, we integrate primary care, mental health care, and wound care to set a new industry standard. Our team of dedicated nurse practitioners, licensed mental health therapists, and healthcare professionals collaborate to address patient needs in a truly exceptional way.

  • Team Building: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a dynamic and growth-oriented company culture.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and acquisitions to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, healthcare providers, and other relevant organizations to support growth and service delivery.
  • Expansion through M&A: Lead efforts in mergers and acquisitions to strategically expand the Company's footprint and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in long-term care or nursing homes; however, outstanding leadership in other fields will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, billing, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Exceptional financial management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
