Overview:

Nationwide Realty Solutions LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of our properties, maximizing occupancy rates, and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants. This full-time position requires strong leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of commercial property management practices.

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Market and advertise available spaces to attract prospective tenants.
  • Conduct tenant screenings and background checks for potential lease agreements.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements; ensure compliance with all rental policies and procedures.
  • Collect rent payments and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Coordinate requests for maintenance, oversee property repairs, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of income, expenses, and overall property performance.
  • Enforce lease terms and address tenant disputes or complaints efficiently.
  • Analyze local market trends to adjust rental strategies and rates.
  • Ensure all property activities comply with relevant laws, including Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or in a similar role overseeing commercial properties.
  • Proficient with property management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing contracts, financial terms, and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective customer relationship management abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various property locations as needed.
