JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for dependable part-time (seasonal) clean & maintain assigned areas for complexes, such as offices, restrooms, common areas, etc. as directed. Applicants should have a team attitude and work successfully with co-workers and others.

JOB DUTIES

• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures. Actively look for and stop risky behavior of self and co-workers.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Conducts self in a professional manner at all times.
• Fill in during staff shortages.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.

Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Trashing
• Restroom Cleaning
• Stocking restrooms
• Window Cleaning
• Operating walk-behind floor scrubber

REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience or training required, but prior industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to change tasks or assignments. Work in a team environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.

Noise level is usually quiet to moderate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
