Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, including floor care and industrial cleaning techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
