About the job
Currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance Licensed Sales Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect and assist an experienced agent with generating and closing new sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, outbound calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Assist an experienced agent in identifying potential clients' insurance needs and providing them with appropriate insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the insurance market trends and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with the agent to develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and relevant information.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, product knowledge, and insurance industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Support the agent in preparing insurance proposals and completing necessary documentation for policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid P/C, and L/H insurance licenses (or be willing to obtain within 60 days).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
