Taylor Family Dentists is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Taylor, MI

Front Desk Team Member

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing (we will train in billing/insurance if you don't have experience in this)
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Skills:
- Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental office or medical office operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records
