Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, data entry, and possess knowledge of various accounting software systems.

Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks ONLINE, DataPro, Excel, and Numbers

- Conduct double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy in financial records

- Assist with front counter tasks

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding account-related inquiries

Qualifications:

- Must know MacIntosh (Apple) Computers

- Experience with accounting principles and practices

- Familiarity with software systems listed above

- Strong data entry skills

- Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Data Pro Accounting Software

- Familiarity with financial analysis tools

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
