Responsibilities
•
We're seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base
•
In this role, you'll craft and execute effective sales strategies, leading a top-performing sales team
•
Key duties involve recruiting, training, and motivating the team to meet targets, identifying new market opportunities through research, and nurturing strong client and partner relationships
•
Your role is pivotal in providing ongoing coaching and support to elevate team performance and productivity
•
You'll report to the General Management, Chief Operations Management, and/or the Board of Directors
•
Driving revenue, gross profit, and net profitability growth
•
Overseeing all sales operations
•
Conducting effective meeting presentations to optimize sales outcomes

Implementing and reinforcing approved sales strategies for enhanced profitability
•
Cultivating positive brand experiences for both employees and customers, fostering loyalty

Collaborating with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns and generate leads
