What You'll Do

  • Engage with Clients: Conduct annual reviews, answer questions, and respond to client needs to ensure they feel valued and cared for.
  • Support Lead Advisors: Assist our lead advisors with client service tasks, allowing you to learn from the best and build your confidence and skills.
  • Client Service Work: Provide exceptional service to our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Grow with Us: Develop into a lead advisor at your own pace, with support and training from a team that feels like family.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent Communicator: You must be great with people and able to explain complex financial concepts in a way that's easy to understand.
  • Financial Planning Knowledge: Good financial planning skills and product knowledge are required, but we will provide training and development.
  • Dependable and Coachable: Reliability and a willingness to learn and improve are crucial.
  • Licensed Professional: Active Life and Health Insurance License and an active CFP designation.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in financial planning and client service is required. Preferably 3 or more years.
