WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

As the Custodian/Handyman/Special Projects Administrator for Got Rack, you'll be pivotal in upholding our building's cleanliness, ensuring minor repairs are promptly addressed, and collaborating on special projects that enhance our operational efficiency.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, restrooms, offices, and exterior spaces.
• Address routine building maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Assist in coordinating and executing special projects as directed by management.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Respond promptly to spillages or other urgent cleaning tasks.
• Set up or assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors or contractors for specific project requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date project records, including costs, timelines, and outcomes.

YOU HAVE

• A High School diploma or equivalent with previous experience in custodial, handyman, or administrative roles being a plus.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning supplies and hand/power tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
