We're excited to introduce an opportunity for a dynamic Order Picker to join our team.

Shift Schedule :

• 1st Shift : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• 2nd shift : Monday through Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM
• Occasional weekend availability may be necessary
• Overtime based on business needs
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and discussed directly with the hiring manager

As an Order Picker, you'll be instrumental in our seamless order fulfillment process. Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee that each customer order is accurately retrieved from our warehouse and prepared for the Quality Check and packing phase.

Responsibilities :

• Receive order requests and navigate the warehouse to gather specified items.
• Conduct thorough inventory checks to ensure accuracy and inspect items for quality.
• Transport materials to the packing area and update our computer system for tracking.
• Adhere to strict warehouse safety protocols while fulfilling orders meticulously.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Skills and Abilities :

• Proficiency in operating various materials handling equipment, including hand trucks, rolling carts, bins, and q / c knowledge.
• Strong reading and communication skills for precise order fulfillment.

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred : Six months of warehouse operations experience.

Physical Requirements :

• Good physical condition with proficient motor skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds per instance.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Bilingual is a plus!
