Mary Bridge is the only pediatric hospital in the South Sound dedicated to caring for the special health needs of children and represents the latest approach to children’s healthcare, blending the finest in inpatient and ambulatory medical care with a space built especially for children and their families. After years of sharing space with MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital is getting a new home by building a world-class pediatric medical campus and freestanding hospital in Tacoma which will open in early 2026. The Imaging Manager role is a key position, providing vision and direction for pediatric imaging services throughout Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network. The incumbent is responsible for program planning, growth and development, operational oversight of imaging modalities, quality and safety, operational and financial performance, regulatory compliance, radiation safety, and leading continuous improvement and innovation activities.
The ideal candidate will be a highly engaging, visible leader who inspires teams to work closely toward a shared vision. This leader will be proactive, and results-oriented, and an adept of developing collaborative relationships and driving outcomes-based initiatives.

Position Summary
The Manager of Imaging Services is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of the assigned Medical Imaging to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and Medical Imaging practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between Medical Imaging, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. This position requires organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, procedures, and programs. This position requires extensive internal and external contacts. Internal contacts are with all levels of staff and management. External contacts include physicians, physician office staff, outside health care providers and organizations, vendors, and management from other health care facilities and agencies. Because this position is site or modalities specific responsibility for the service is generally 24/7.Requirements

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $121,950.00 - $175,490.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
