Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional service to residents.
• Take ownership of all aspects of community management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among team members.
• Develop creative solutions to address unique challenges and enhance the resident experience.
• Cultivate positive relationships with residents, local organizations, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or related field required.
• Proven track record of accountability and leadership in challenging environments.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
