Job Title : Truck Driver Location : Midland / Odessa, TX Department : Service Department Reports To : Service Manager Job Essential Duties :

• Transports equipment to / from customers and / or between dealer facilities.
• Loads and unloads equipment and ensures proper load securement.
• Supports the sales and service departments with equipment delivery as needed.
• Works with the Store Manager in setting up the trucking schedule and hauling regulations.
• Promotes and adheres to company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
• Maintains records of pickups and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts.
• Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, MSHA and company policy.
• Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties.
• Maintains assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition.
• May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required.
• Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
• Ensures that companys reputation and image in the community is consistent with company Core Values.
• Executes other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Valid CDL License.
• 3 years experience with heavy construction equipment hauling, verifiable.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to interact effectively with department personnel and customer base.
• Ability to organize thoughts and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a team player.
• Pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug test.
